Those few weeks in between seasons are my favorite. The in-between is less predictable, but the anticipation and feeling of looking forward to what the next season brings are metaphorical to how I feel about my creative process. When you’re looking for spring, 65 degrees in March feels warm. When you’re looking for fall, 65 degrees in October has the perfect chill.
While I am in the in-between, I wanted to share Something To Hold You Over, a collection of twelve recipes that are so deeply ingrained into my intuition that I can cook them under any circumstances. I hope your senses learn to memorize them over time, too.
